Description
Salisbury University seeks a qualified contractor to demolish and remove the existing dishwashing machine, pulper/extractor, and tray accumulator in the Commons Building, then furnish and completely install a new commercial dishwashing machine, pulper/extractor, tray accumulator, soiled-tray conveyor systems, mobile sorting tables, and soak sinks. The work includes supports, accessories, field verification of existing utilities, protection of remaining building systems, and coordination of final plumbing, electrical, and exhaust connections. The contractor must provide testing, start-up, commissioning, and Owner training. The solicitation package includes revised specifications and drawings, amendments A001 and A002, and site photographs. A 7 percent MBE subcontract participation goal applies, and bid, performance, and payment bonds are required. On-site work is scheduled to begin May 20, 2027, with Substantial Completion by June 18, 2027, and Final Acceptance by July 2, 2027.
