Description
Cross Roads Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a fully managed leased lit-fiber Internet access solution. The requested service must provide scalable Ethernet fiber bandwidth from 1 Gbps through 5 Gbps, with bids requested at 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 Gbps and contract options of 1, 3, and 5 years. The service will terminate at Cross Roads Elementary for sharing across district locations. The scope includes installation and initial configuration, maintenance, and technical support. Proposals should identify eligible and non-eligible costs separately, include bandwidth scalability during the contract term, and provide installment-payment options of up to four years for applicable special-construction charges. Vendors must complete the Cross Roads C1 Vendor Attachment and submit proposals through the designated electronic RFP system; submissions outside that system may be deemed non-responsive.
