Description
The MIDA Mountain Village Public Infrastructure District is soliciting proposals for a three-year contract covering inspection, preventive maintenance, on-call repairs, emergency response, inventory management, reporting, and authorized construction or replacement of its streetlight system. The system currently includes 19 functional streetlights, with the possibility of one or two additional lights. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, compatible replacement inventory, and related electrical and infrastructure services. Routine inspections are required every six months, non-emergency requests require a response within 24 hours, and emergency conditions require a response within one hour. Work may include component replacement, pole and fixture replacement, underground wiring work using 2-inch conduit, excavation, restoration, testing, traffic and pedestrian control, and coordination with utilities. Proposals must include separate technical and cost files. The technical proposal must address qualifications, experience, project approach, emergency capability, reporting, and at least three similar projects if available; it must also include a current Utah electrical contractor license. The cost proposal must provide a semiannual per-streetlight maintenance fee and unit pricing for specified repair, construction, emergency, inventory, and wiring services.
