Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking 1,500 feet of special-purpose cable, NSN 6145-01-614-6049, supplied in 500-foot spools with minimum 100-foot lengths per spool. The solicitation identifies approved sources and permits alternate offers only when accompanied by a complete data package for both the approved and alternate parts. Continuous-length requirements and quantity-packaging rules depend on the applicable advice code. The cable must meet the stated DLA packaging, preservation, marking, inspection, domestic-material, and delivery requirements. Delivery is required within 20 days after acknowledgment of the order, FOB origin, with destination inspection and acceptance. The quotation must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
