Description
The Canadian Department of National Defence is procuring 1,200 metres of special-purpose electrical cable across three line items: 250 metres of part number EPD33573A for CFB Halifax, 450 metres of EPD33573A for CFB Esquimalt, and 500 metres of EPD-DND-21536 for CFB Halifax. The specified manufacturer is TE Connectivity Corporation, NCAGE 06090, with equivalent or substitute products permitted subject to technical equivalency documentation and, where applicable, manufacturer certification. The procurement is evaluated on the lowest price meeting mandatory technical criteria, with possible item-by-item awards. Delivery is on a Delivery Duty Paid basis, and the requirement is subject to Canadian-content and reciprocal-procurement eligibility provisions. Offerors must submit the Offeror Submission Details in both original Excel and PDF formats, the Offer Submission Form, and the Offeror Declaration Form.
