Description
This Sources Sought/RFI is for planning purposes and is not a solicitation or request for quote. The anticipated requirement is a firm-fixed-price service contract for 13 virtual Microsoft Power Platform courses for federal employees across multiple time zones: four Power Automate courses, four Power BI courses, and five Data Analytics courses. Courses will generally serve 20 to 25 participants each, with Power BI courses expected to run for two days. The contractor must provide qualified training resources, course administration and participant login assistance, participant access instructions, and course materials at least one week before each scheduled training date. The response must include a capability statement of no more than 10 single-spaced pages in at least 12-point font, requested notice or lead time, a rescheduling/cancellation policy, three similar past-performance references from the past five years with points of contact, and any relevant supporting documentation. The anticipated period of performance is 12 months from award, with performance expected to begin on or about October 26, 2026; no contract will be awarded from this RFI.
