Description
Warminster Municipal Authority is soliciting bids for four related prime contracts covering general, electrical, mechanical/HVAC, and plumbing construction for PFAS treatment improvements at ten well sites. The work includes installation of new ion-exchange resin filtration systems, treatment buildings and additions, chlorination equipment and instrumentation, demolition, site improvements, stormwater and erosion controls, grading, paving, concrete work, electrical service and distribution upgrades, generators, lighting, HVAC equipment, water and sewer piping, drains, and related appurtenances. SCADA panel modifications will be performed separately by the Authority’s systems integrator. Bidders must submit prices for the applicable contract, use the Authority-furnished forms, and provide a bid bond or other permitted bid security equal to at least 10 percent of the bid. Required bid materials include the Bid Form, Bidder’s Qualification Statement, electronic bid bond, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Public Works Employment Verification Form, and Contractor/Subcontractor Responsibility Certification Form. The project is subject to Pennsylvania prevailing-wage and employment-verification requirements, apprenticeship and workforce qualifications, and 100-percent performance/maintenance and labor-and-material payment security requirements after award.
