Description
The City of Dubuque is requesting competitive qualifications from professional consulting firms to provide engineering design and related services for the North Fork Catfish Creek Stabilization & Trail Project and the Embassy West Creek Restoration Project. The selected consultant will develop construction documents, lead required permitting activities—including Iowa Department of Natural Resources and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permitting—and provide construction-phase support. The consultant is expected to coordinate with multiple City departments and supervise subcontracted work, including third-party inspection services. The City anticipates bidding construction for both projects in mid-to-late summer 2027.
