Description
Jo Daviess-Carroll Area Vocational Center is seeking bids or proposals for Category One Internet Access and Data Transmission Services at a capacity of 1–2 Gbps, along with any Category One network equipment necessary to make the connection operational. Installation and initial configuration are indicated for both service requests. Proposals must identify the proposed service solution type, such as fiber, copper, microwave, or coax; projected eligible monthly recurring taxes, fees, and other charges; eligible and ineligible products and services with associated costs or percentages; shipping charges where applicable; and a scope of work for any installation services. Proposers must include a contact person's name, phone number, and email address, identify their Service Provider Identification Number, maintain a current Service Provider Annual Certification on file with USAC, and offer the Lowest Corresponding Price. One-year and multiple-year contracts with voluntary extensions may be considered, and the requested service start date is July 1, 2027.
