Description
Northwest Special Education Cooperative is seeking bids or proposals for 1–2 Gbps internet access and data transmission service, including any Category One network equipment and installation or initial configuration needed to make the connection functional. Proposed solutions must identify the transmission medium, such as fiber, copper, microwave, or coax, and include applicable eligible monthly recurring taxes, fees, and other charges. The cooperative is also seeking managed internal broadband services for eligible existing hardware and software. Proposals must clearly separate eligible and ineligible products, services, and costs; include a scope of work for any installation services; identify the provider's Service Provider Identification Number and current certification status; and include qualifications for personnel who may work on the applicant's premises. A service start date of July 1, 2027, is required, and one-year or multiple-year contracts with voluntary extensions may be considered.
