Description
The City of Lake Charles is soliciting bids for upgrades to the Oaklawn Drive and Ory Road Sewer Lift Station under Project No. 2025-752 and Capital Project No. 3070. The work is governed by contract documents, drawings, and technical specifications; bidders must use the provided bid form and state that they have inspected and are familiar with the project site. Bids must include a certified check, cashier’s check, or bid bond equal to 5% of the base bid and all alternates. The successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. The contractor must hold the applicable Louisiana contractor license classification for the work.
