Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, through USP Big Sandy, is soliciting quotes from small businesses for a firm-fixed-price supply requirement covering specified bread, dairy, and egg products. Vendors must review the attached requirements worksheets, solicitation materials, quote sheet, clauses, provisions, and delivery schedule, and provide all requested information. Products must conform to the stated specifications; the Government may reject damaged or nonconforming items upon inspection. Delivery is FOB destination and must occur from October 1 through October 17, 2026, after receipt of the order, with delivery on or before October 17. Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quote provides the best value, considering price and a go/no-go past-performance evaluation focused on documented on-time, complete deliveries without missing or incorrect items. Awards over $15,000 will use a firm-fixed-price purchase order, while awards under $15,000 may be made through a government purchase-card transaction. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management before award and throughout performance and final payment.
