Description
The New York City Department of Environmental Protection seeks bids for construction and rehabilitation work for the KEC Buildings project. Work includes a new Screen Chamber, Police Booth, and Eastview Connection Chamber; rehabilitation of the existing Upper Effluent Chamber and tunnels; construction of connecting tunnels; and associated components. The scope also includes final site conditions for the Kensico and Eastview campuses and startup and commissioning of the KEC Tunnel Project. This is a competitive sealed construction bid. Bids must be submitted electronically through PASSPort, and bid security must be provided as required. The bid booklet includes bid forms, minimum qualification requirements, manufacturer information, and other certifications. Bidders must demonstrate experience on at least three substantially completed projects within the last ten years, with at least three years of experience performing similar work.
