Description
The Kankakee County Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from a qualified consultant to comprehensively review, update, and rewrite its administrative plan and Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) to comply with current U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements. The selected consultant will enter into a standard HUD-approved written contract and perform the work in accordance with the specifications, instructions, and evaluation factors in the attached RFP.
