Description
Iola Independent School District is soliciting leased lit fiber services for internet access and wide area networking during Funding Year 2027–2028. Requested bandwidth options range from 100 Mbps to 5 Gbps across the district's office, stadium, bus barn, and maintenance locations. The solicitation includes multiple service quantities and asks providers to identify contract terms, pricing, voluntary extensions, special construction, non-recurring charges, and other applicable costs. Providers may propose equivalent, higher-quality, lower-quantity, or more cost-effective services. Installation and initial configuration, as well as technical support, may be required depending on the proposed service. Eligible installation costs may be paid over four years. Proposals must comply with the Texas Education Agency Financial Accountability Guidelines and be submitted through the designated electronic RFP system.
