Description
San Mateo County Transit District is seeking one or more qualified firms to provide on-call transportation planning and support services on an as-needed basis through Work Directives. The scope includes transportation planning and strategy; data collection, analysis, and monitoring; mobility and access planning; real estate and infrastructure planning; program and organizational support; funding, grant administration, and regulatory compliance; and related technical disciplines such as transit planning, GIS, ridership analysis, transit corridor studies, transit-oriented development, and transportation demand management. The contract is anticipated to have a seven-year term, with no guaranteed minimum level of work. The anticipated aggregate not-to-exceed amount is $27,065,000. Proposers must submit technical and management information, qualifications and references, key-personnel resumes, audited financial statements for the previous three years, labor rates, insurance evidence, required certifications and forms, and applicable subcontractor and SBE information.
