Description
Fulton School District 58 is seeking a qualified provider for ongoing, third-party operation, management, and monitoring of 275 existing Aruba access points across six schools. The service must provide a platform for managing wired and/or wireless network connections, enforce network access policies, facilitate network uptime, and support up to 5,000 concurrent connections. The district has Aruba Central, Aruba Mobility Controllers, and existing ClearPass licenses, but no Aruba AirWave, current network access control solution, renewal, endpoint expansion, or migration from perpetual licensing to subscription is required. The vendor's personnel must actively perform the operation, management, and monitoring functions on the District's behalf rather than provide only a self-managed platform. Pricing proposals must separately identify all ineligible costs. The solicitation states that spam or robotic responses will be disqualified.
