Description
The City of Greer seeks a contractor to remove and dispose of the existing Field 1 fencing and install new black vinyl chain-link fencing, including an approximately 30-foot-high backstop, 10-foot-high side fencing, 6-foot-high outfield fencing, and a rolling equipment-access gate. The work also includes two enclosed, ADA-compliant dugouts with walk gates. Optional work includes installing two windscreens over the dugouts. The contractor must provide materials, equipment, labor, permits, inspections, disposal, and supervision. A detailed construction schedule is required, and all work must be completed between December 8, 2026, and February 1, 2027. The bid must include three references demonstrating at least five years of comparable experience, proof of insurance coverage, applicable state licenses for the bidder and proposed subcontractors, and the required completed questionnaire forms. Performance and payment bonds are required of the awardee for contracts over $50,000.
