Description
The City of Superior is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to renovate approximately 1,608 square feet of second-floor space within the Princess Theatre building at 1310 Tower Avenue. The project will create two one-bedroom apartments in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work generally includes new partitions, windows, finishes, plumbing, and electrical systems.
