Hydro-Quebec is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for work including the replacement of insulators and certain accessories on 315 kV and 735 kV transmission circuits across Montreal, Abitibi-Temiscamingue, and Cote-Nord. The indicative total value, including options, is between $60 million and $80 million, and the estimated contract period is 10 months. The solicitation is an open competitive Request for Proposal.
