Description
The Town of Westfield is soliciting sealed bids for rental equipment used in its 2026 Leaf Collection Program. The required equipment includes tractor trailers, roll-off containers, and dump trucks, rented either on an hourly basis with an operator or on an elapsed-time basis without an operator, for leaf collection from streets throughout the town. Each bid must include one PDF file on a flash drive or CD, a $200 certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Westfield, a surety company certificate confirming availability of a performance bond in the full contract amount, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, a Contractor's Qualification Statement, and a Statement of Ownership using the forms included in and explained in the contract documents.
