Description
The City of Eden is seeking a qualified general contractor to demolish and reconstruct one home through its Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Revitalization program. The procurement will be awarded competitively. Contractors bidding on individual units exceeding $40,000 must hold a valid North Carolina General Contractor's license. A mandatory in-person pre-bid meeting is required, and bid packages will be available at that meeting. The solicitation encourages participation by historically underutilized, small, minority-owned, and women-owned businesses.
