Description
The City of Philadelphia Free Library is soliciting quotes for 10 cartons of 3 1/2-by-2-inch press-on vinyl envelopes. The envelopes must have adhesive backing, tough 8-mil vinyl construction, guaranteed non-rip seams, and be suitable for smooth surfaces and barcode scanners. The purchase may be awarded as a whole or by line item to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Vendors must submit item specifications with their bids, keep pricing firm for the stated hold period, and must not deliver until authorized by the department.
