Description
Auburn University’s Department of Bioengineering is soliciting one 18-foot enclosed aluminum car/drag trailer configured for mobile drone operations. The trailer must include an elevated, winch-assisted stage/platform with aluminum railings and supports, a roof-mounted platform with ladder, full-width rear ramp, side access door, aluminum flooring, rubber tile, cabinets, insulation, LED lighting, two side awnings, a rear awning, air conditioning, a 60-inch smart TV, and a 4,400-pound winch system. The mandatory electrical package must accept 480–520 VAC, 50/60 Hz three-phase generator power and support simultaneous full-power operation of two DJI C12000 chargers for DJI T50 drones. It must include an exterior industrial inlet, properly sized distribution panel and breakers, labeled heavy-gauge wiring, two dedicated three-phase charging receptacles, and a stamped and signed wiring diagram from a licensed professional engineer. Bidders must provide line-item confirmation that all specifications are met, along with manufacturer/model numbers, material gauges, dimensions, photographs or drawings of the proposed components, and the detailed electrical schematic. A completed and notarized disclosure statement is also required.
