Description
Cross Roads Independent School District is soliciting proposals for a fully managed leased lit fiber Internet Access solution with bandwidth options from 1 Gbps through 5 Gbps, bid in 1-Gbps increments. The service must terminate at Cross Roads Elementary for all district locations to share and includes installation, initial configuration, maintenance, and technical support. Equivalent, greater, lesser, or more cost-effective service options may be proposed, and bandwidth scalability is required. Proposers must complete the attached Vendor Attachment with pricing and terms for 1-, 3-, and 5-year contract options, including additional costs, voluntary extensions, special construction, non-recurring charges, and service descriptions. Special construction pricing should include installment payments of up to four years where applicable. Proposals must separate eligible and ineligible costs, comply with the Texas Education Agency Financial Accountability Guidelines and E-Rate program rules, and include contracts with voluntary-extension options unless the service is month-to-month.
