Description
The City of Marne seeks an engineering firm to prepare a complete preliminary engineering report for its water system. The report must identify system deficiencies and potential projects and estimate project costs to support funding applications, including through the Community Development Block Grant Program and USDA. Qualifications submissions should describe the firm's relevant program experience, leadership and credentials, organizational capacity, design philosophy, anticipated schedule, and similar completed projects. Include resumes for personnel assigned to the project, references for related work completed within the past five years, and information about errors and omissions coverage. Do not include costs; the City will negotiate costs with the selected respondent. Selection may include interviews, and the anticipated contract award is dependent on grant funding.
