Description
Philadelphia Gas Works seeks inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, and repair services for electrical switchgear, distribution panels, protective relays, instrument transformers, and related control equipment. Work includes visual inspections, infrared thermographic analysis, troubleshooting, cleaning, calibration, and component replacement, in accordance with manufacturer recommendations, applicable codes, and safety standards. Emergency service must be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with an on-site response within two hours of an emergency call. The contractor must provide pricing for scheduled work and as-needed labor, identify planned subcontractors and their work shares, and submit a mock-up invoice with its bid. The contract term is one year, with four one-year renewal options.
