Description
The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center is requesting a firm-fixed-price quote for one Kardex Megamat RS350 vertical carousel module with 17 carriers, or an equal product. The proposed unit must meet specified dimensions, storage capacity, carrier capacity, controller and safety features, one-sided access, a two-year parts-and-labor warranty, service visits at 6, 12, and 18 months, and a 19–21-week delivery lead time. Equal products require specification sheets and a justification showing how each salient characteristic is met or exceeded. The quote must include pricing for the carousel module, mechanical equipment installation, and freight/delivery. Vendors must submit the RFQ number, a schedule of pricing, specifications for the proposed product, and a completed and signed Technical Exhibit 1 Specifications for Evaluation and Submission Sheet. Technical specifications and past performance are weighted equally and are more important than price.
