Description
The Lodi Housing Authority is soliciting proposals for technical consulting services to aid in the conversion of its 220 public housing units under HUD's Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD). The selected consultant will be expected to provide services in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, orders, directives, and regulations. Interested parties can obtain a copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) by emailing Carol A. Ferrara, Assistant Executive Director, at carolf@lodihousing.org. The RFP details the specific scope of services and proposal submission requirements. Proposals must be submitted by the close of business on Thursday, July 9, 2026. Submissions can be made via email to frankp@lodihousing.org or by mail to Lodi Housing Authority, 50 Brookside Avenue, Lodi, NJ 07644, Attention: Frank P. Luciano, Executive Director. The Lodi Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to terminate the vendor agreement at any time for convenience.
