Description
The Howard Bend Levee District is seeking qualifications from prospective design-build teams for improvements to the Creve Coeur Creek outfall. The work includes design professional services, preconstruction management and procurement, construction of a new gravity outfall and a 500-cfs pump station, and modernization of the existing outfall structure. Qualifications are required for the prospective design-builder, its engineer, and principal construction subcontractor(s). This is the first step of a three-step selection process. Shortlisted teams will later be invited to submit technical and price proposals under a future RFP. The anticipated design-build contract budget is approximately $21 million, and substantial completion is expected by April 30, 2029.
