Description
The City of Cottondale is soliciting sealed bids for construction of Portable Water Well No. 4, Project No. CDBG-MT-141. The work includes construction of the well and well house, equipment, piping, generator, approximately 8 feet of water main, site work, and all appurtenances necessary to complete the project. The project must be completed within 210 consecutive calendar days. Bidders must submit evidence of a current Florida General Contractor or Underground Utility license, applicable foreign-corporation registration and good-standing documentation, and proper licensure for all subcontractors. Bid security is required, and the successful bidder must provide 100% performance and payment bonds. The project is funded through the Rebuild Florida Mitigation General Infrastructure Program and includes federal labor, nondiscrimination, prevailing-wage, and related compliance requirements.
