Description
The Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is soliciting all-or-none janitorial services for its Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries District 4 office, an approximately 3,200-square-foot facility. The contractor must furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies needed to maintain the facility in a clean and sanitary condition. Services must be performed once per week, excluding weekends and state holidays, during weekday work hours and completed by 3:30 p.m. The stated service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027. Subcontractors and third parties are not permitted, and pricing is requested on a monthly basis.
