Description
This Request for Information concerns turnkey corrective maintenance for five industrial shot blast machines at Building 409. The work includes replacing legacy blast wheels with TwistLOK e-Wheel technology; installing abrasive control valves, motors, housings, liners, hoses, belts, bearings, seals, and related hardware; and providing dedicated spare parts for specified machines. The equipment-specific scope covers three 96-inch double-door blast tables and two Super 7 tumble blast machines. The contractor is expected to provide complete mechanical installation and field services, including deployment of a qualified field-service team to perform the repairs. Respondents must submit a capability statement with similar past-performance examples, recommended contracting strategy, responses to the Government's technical and planning questions, and administrative/business information. This is an RFI only and does not request proposals or commit the Government to a future procurement.
