Description
Kinetic GPO Inc. is seeking one or more suppliers for a nationwide Canadian standing-offer agreement covering ice resurfacers, ice edgers, and related products and services. Respondents must bid on at least one of the first two categories and may also offer miscellaneous related products and services, including training, repairs, parts, maintenance, accessories, diagnostic tools, trade-ins, and used equipment. Suppliers may subcontract services they do not directly provide and must demonstrate distribution, delivery, customer support, maintenance, reporting, quality control, and business-continuity capabilities across Canada. The solicitation uses a rated evaluation process covering technical capability, financial stability, pricing, additional fees, references, and negotiation. Pricing must be submitted through the Market Basket, including discounts, catalogues or publicly verifiable price lists, maximum net prices, and any additional fees. The estimated dollar volume is approximately $5 million over the life of the contract, but no volume is guaranteed. The resulting Master Agreement is for three years with two optional years. Commercial general liability insurance of $5 million is required, and the solicitation requires three public-sector or government-purchasing references from the past five years.
