Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division, on behalf of the West Virginia Department of Transportation, is soliciting bids to establish an open-ended contract for HDPE and polypropylene pipe materials throughout West Virginia. Items include 4-inch and 6-inch perforated underdrainage pipe, 15- to 60-inch corrugated HDPE profile-wall pipe in 20-foot and 30-foot lengths, and 15- to 60-inch corrugated polypropylene dual-wall pipe in 20-foot lengths. Split couplings are incidental to the pipe pricing and must be provided when requested. Vendors may bid on any or all items and must complete the attached pricing pages for each item bid. Materials must meet the specified AASHTO and ASTM requirements and, for HDPE and polypropylene pipe, must be sourced from approved suppliers or fabricators listed on the applicable West Virginia materials control approved product lists. Standard orders must be delivered within 10 working days, while emergency orders must be delivered within 48 hours. The contract is open-ended, with quantities based on actual orders and estimated volumes not guaranteed.
