Description
The New York State Department of Health is soliciting bids for a five-year contract to supply vaccines for its Children and Adult immunization programs. The selected contractor(s) will provide vaccines listed on the CDC Vaccine Price List to ensure that Child Health Plus enrollees, underinsured children, and underinsured and uninsured adults receive appropriate immunizations. The estimated annual volume is approximately 895,500 doses across pediatric and adult vaccines, with delivery required to the McKesson warehouse in Shepherdsville, Kentucky within 15 calendar days of order. For certain vaccines (Varivax, Proquad, and Comirnaty), the contractor must facilitate direct shipment from the manufacturer to up to 3,000 provider addresses throughout New York State within 15 business days. Bidders may choose to price vaccines at the CDC price list or offer a guaranteed price at or below the CDC list. The contract term is expected to be five years, commencing April 1, 2027, with the possibility of multiple awards to ensure all vaccines on the CDC list are covered.
