Description
The City of Prattville is soliciting sealed bids from prequalified general contractors for the Autauga Creek CWF 2025 Improvements, Bid No. 026-010, Project No. PV-2404. The project includes wastewater treatment facility construction and upgrades involving process piping, valves, pumps, aerobic digesters, disk filtration, ultraviolet disinfection, fine screens, flumes, electrical systems, structural and civil work, and related facility improvements. Addendum 2 revises the contract documents and drawings, requires bidders to acknowledge the addendum on the Bid Form and by email to Greg@EngineersoftheSouth.com before bid opening, and changes the bid opening to October 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The owner has prequalified Max Foote Construction, LLC; Mark Johnson Construction, LLC; and Haren Construction Company, Inc. The project requires physical sealed-bid submission, and the prequalification process and required submittals are included in the specifications.
