Description
This state-funded emergency construction project will install near-term erosion protection at milepost 13.5 of Talkeetna Spur Road to protect the roadway and mitigate the risk of significant damage from ongoing Susitna River erosion. The interim completion date is December 15, 2026, for all work except topsoil and seeding, as referenced in Section 651. The engineer's estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. The project is identified as Contract CDRER01536 and IRIS Program CDRER01536. No on-the-job trainees or apprentices are required under Item 645.
