Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for 15 units of metallic overlay welding powder, NSN 3439-01-130-2020, under Mil-Spec requirements and Federal Commercial Item Description A-A-59315/4. The unit of issue is a 5-pound container. The material must comply with the stated technical, quality, packaging, marking, palletization, domestic-material, and hazardous-material requirements, including applicable Safety Data Sheet and hazard-label submissions before award. The item is fully competitive and must be delivered FOB origin within 167 days after order. The solicitation specifies destination inspection and acceptance, commercial packaging under ASTM D3951-15 as supplemented by DLA requirements, MIL-STD-129 marking, and delivery to DLA Distribution San Joaquin in Tracy, California.
