Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for 90 units of metallic overlay welding powder, NSN 3439-01-211-6522, unit of issue CO with a five-pound quantity per unit. The solicitation identifies exact acceptable products from Oerlikon Metco, Praxair Surface Technologies, and Powder Alloy Corp., with specified part numbers. Alternate products are not authorized without source approval. The supply must meet the stated technical, quality, packaging, marking, inspection, and delivery requirements, including origin inspection, FOB origin delivery, MIL-STD-2073-1E packaging, MIL-STD-129 marking, and applicable hazardous-material labeling and Safety Data Sheet requirements.
