Description
This project involves the removal of an existing underground fuel system and the construction of a new aboveground storage tank (AST). Additionally, the apron will be reconstructed with concrete pavement. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Hollis until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026, at 208 W Jones St, Hollis, OK 73550. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Wednesday, June 10th, 2026, at 2:00 PM at 208 W Jones St, Hollis, OK 73550. Information regarding virtual access will be provided to plan holders one week prior. Potential bidders not on the plan holder list can request access by contacting Reid Yerigan at RSYerigan@garverusa.com. Each organization is limited to three personnel at the pre-bid meeting.
