Description
The 97th Contracting Squadron intends to procure the SMASH 2000L kinetic system for the 97th Security Forces Squadron at Altus AFB, OK. This requirement includes seven SMASH 2000LE units for the M4 rifle, one training course on the system, and unit-level spares. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with SMARTSHOOTER INC. as a sole source due to their unique capability to provide this specific system. Market research indicates that no other company provides this technology, and SMARTSHOOTER INC. does not use resellers for their products. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals.
