Description
The City of Grain Valley is seeking a contractor to construct the SW Eagles Parkway (Route AA) Phase A trail project, including a 10-foot-wide ADA-compliant trail and ramps, drainage, earthwork, traffic control, erosion control, and other incidental work described in the contract documents. Bids will be submitted on a unit-price basis, and the contract is intended for the lowest responsive bidder. The project is subject to federal and state labor requirements, prevailing wages, Buy Local/American purchasing requirements, applicable minority-business nondiscrimination provisions, and Missouri safety-training requirements for on-site employees. A certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the total bid is required. An optional in-person pre-bid conference is scheduled, and bidders must join the plan holders list to receive official communications and addenda.
