Description
This Sources Sought notice is for market research only, not a request for quotation or a commitment to award a contract. The Army is gathering information about a digital torque multiplier with a 1/2-inch input ratchet, protective case, user manual, and NIST-traceable calibration certificate. The stated specifications include a 0–16,000 foot-pound range, a 165:1 multiplier ratio, and ±1% output accuracy. Responses are voluntary and must be submitted by email in Microsoft Word or PDF, with the synopsis number in the subject line and on enclosed documents.
