Description
This Request for Information seeks qualified firms interested in conducting a comprehensive organizational capacity assessment for the Foothill-De Anza Foundation. The anticipated assessment would evaluate readiness to support a two- to three-fold increase in annual fundraising over the next five to seven years, including organizational structure, staffing, business operations, board engagement, fundraising channels, governance, and alignment with the Community College District. The work would include document reviews, stakeholder interviews, peer benchmarking, gap and risk analysis, and evaluation of operational and institutional capacity. Expected deliverables include project planning documents, a stakeholder interview plan and summary, a document review summary, formal assessment reports, prioritized recommendations with implementation timelines and budget impacts, an executive summary, and a presentation to senior leadership and the Foundation Board. Respondents should describe their firm background, relevant experience, proposed approach, personnel, market practices, financial capacity, fee structure, and additional relevant information or references. Direct donor solicitation, grant writing, interim staffing, implementation services, executive recruitment, technology procurement, and legal or accounting services are excluded from the anticipated scope. This is an RFI for market research only and does not constitute a competitive solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
