Description
The work includes cleaning and filling pavement cracks, removing existing pavement markings, and preparing pavement surfaces for new markings to be applied by others. Bids are on a unit-price basis. The project has a late start date of August 2, 2027, and substantial completion is required within 16 working days. The project is subject to liquidated damages. Bids must include bid security equal to 5% of the bid. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract price. The successful bidder must also submit a Certification of Non-segregated Facilities and notify prospective subcontractors of the certification requirement when a subcontract exceeds $10,000.
