Description
The State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources is soliciting a contractor to perform Phase I aerial herbicide application for the Lost Creek-Sanpitch Rejuvra project. The contractor must apply the approved herbicide between September 21 and October 5, 2026, coordinate optimal flight times with the project manager, and guarantee pricing for completion of the project. Pricing must include labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals. The solicitation requires completion of an online bid table and upload of a completed cost sheet, along with required vendor certifications, business information, and responses to the stated debarment, conflict-of-interest, tax-lien, and other prerequisite questions. A supporting explanation document is required only if the vendor answers yes to any of the specified debarment, conflict, responsiveness, or tax-lien questions.
