Description
Breitung Township Schools is soliciting bids for the construction, delivery, and installation of custom cabinetry in the Kindergarten and 1st Grade pods at Woodland Elementary. The work covers 14 classrooms and specifies Formica Spectrum Blue Matte cabinetry for the Kindergarten pod and Wilsonart North Sea cabinetry for the 1st Grade pod, with white melamine interiors, specified edge banding, solid light gray triple-cove PLAM countertops, and door pulls and hardware. Boot drip pans and door vents are excluded. Bidders must provide casework designs, sections, and details with their bids, and field-verify measurements before construction. Cabinets must be delivered by July 6, 2027, with installation scheduled from July 6 through August 13, 2027. The two pods are to be completed independently and simultaneously using two crews; a $1,000-per-day fine applies for missing the August 13 installation deadline. The bid must include copies of the contractor’s license and insurance. The solicitation also includes a Familial Disclosure Form and an Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification. A Certificate of Insurance is requested, but the document states that insurance coverage copies are due at contract execution; minimum coverage limits are specified for personal and bodily injury.
