The Early Childhood Professional Learning (ECPL) program is seeking applicants for coaching positions to support the Preschool for All (PFA) and Preschool for All Expansion (PFAE) programs, funded by the Illinois State Board of Education through the Early Childhood Block Grant. Coaches will provide mostly virtual coaching services using Practice-Based Coaching methods to enhance educational opportunities for young children. Responsibilities include supporting a caseload of programs, using the TORSH Talent platform for virtual visits, goal setting, and progress monitoring, entering reports and billing hours, participating in monthly reflective supervision calls, and attending team meetings. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in early childhood education or related field, 5+ years of experience, knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice, familiarity with Illinois Early Learning and Development Standards, and strong communication and technology skills. This is a contractual position with no benefits, typically running from August to June with potential annual renewal.
