Description
Maroa-Forsyth Community Unit School District #2 is requesting proposals for Managed Internal Broadband Services to support and manage its existing Category 2 network infrastructure. The scope includes operation, management, monitoring, and support for eligible equipment and services, including firewalls, switches, routers, cabling, wireless access points, a network controller, and UPS battery backup equipment. Equivalent or comparable brands may be considered where the current platform identifies a specific brand. Bidders must have an E-Rate SPIN and include it in the proposal, have the 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file with USAC, comply with applicable E-Rate rules, and offer the Lowest Corresponding Price. Proposals may include networking services priced by hourly rate. The district may consider multi-year contracts with specified voluntary extensions, month-to-month arrangements, or varying contract terms, and wants the ability to add or remove services as business needs change. Any long-term agreement must address the possibility of discontinued E-Rate funding.
